Get a protective case :

Jean Talon Visual Center offers hard cases to store your glasses when you are not wearing them. We also recommend using a contact lens case from a trusted brand.

Use a suitable cleaning solution :

Avoid household glass cleaners that contain ammonia, bleach or vinegar, as these products can degrade the protective coating on lenses and make them more vulnerable to scratches. Use an eyeglass cleaner spray instead.

Clean your glasses with a cloth provided for this purpose :

We've all cleaned our glasses with our shirts or pants. Unfortunately, this can scratch the lenses and often spreads dirt. Instead, use disposable wet wipes, a microfiber cloth, or a clean 100% cotton cloth.
